SPC-A24SDUQ1 pad printing machine with sealed ink cup produced by Ever Bright Ltd. uses sealed ink cup to hold ink instead of traditional way to hold ink with open ink tray. The ceramic ring of ink cup replaced the traditional doctor blade. Therefore the pad printer with sealed ink cup effectively prevents ink from evaporating and releasing volatile organic compounds. On one hand ink waste is reduced and on the other hand it is good for environmental protection. It is now widely used on light industry, commercial industry, packaging, decoration, printing art work design and etc.

Main Function

• 2-color pad printer with ink cup and left/right shuttle independent pads.
• PLC controls, function for easy operation.
• Auto loading by vibration alignment machine. After printing is finished, conveyor can unloading automatically with full-auto and high efficiency operation.
• Inking by ink cup, ink viscosity is stable and no need to add any solvents in 6 to 8 hours, no evaporation, splash. Instead, 50% solvent; Good working environment retains.
• Safety hood is equipped to meet safety requirement.
• Convenient ink cup installation and remove for durable use.
• Dwell time between machine movements is adjustable to meet different requirement.
• Extra function “twice inking, once printing” is designed for thicker ink film.
• Unique edge structure of ink cup ceramic ring ensures clean ink scraping and produces clear and sharp printing image.
• Drying by automatic hot air blower.
• The two pads can adjust stamping height according to different printing requirements

Pad printer working principal can be divided into 4 steps:

• Ink coating: coating ink on steel plate. Etched with image according to desired art work design.
• Ink scraping: scraping away the ink on the plate, so that only the image area have ink in it.
• Ink sticking: sticking image ink on steel plate by pad head/s.
• Pad printing: transiting the image ink from pad head to substrate.
